Intern, Servicedesk Administrator
The Intern, Servicedesk Administrator candidate will work in a team-oriented environment supporting all company facing IT functions. In this position, the candidate will be asked to complete workstation builds and configurations, troubleshoot and diagnose printer and hardware issues, conduct password resets, assist with AV in conference rooms, organize inventory and supplies and complete basic tickets from users. The successful Intern, Servicedesk Administrator candidate will have some experience or academic preparation in IT. The Servicedesk team is the first point of contact for all service and problem-based requests that are generated by the company. It is the Servicedesk team’s mission to supply quality service to our user community in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong communication, problem solving, customer service and support skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow processes and repeat tasks with accuracy
• Willingness to learn and to be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Knowledge/experience in IT



Grades Eligible: Junior & Seniors

DTCC Internship

Employer Overview: DTCC is an American post-trade financial services company providing clearing and settlement services to the financial markets. It performs the exchange of securities on behalf of buyers and sellers and functions as a central securities depository by providing central custody of securities.

DTCC’s internship application is now open. These position is available for students from Excel and Snowden. Students must be in 11th or 12th grade and at least 16 years old.
