Historias de Boston:
Interns
will facilitate interviews and share oral histories that explore the
connections between the National Parks of Boston and Boston’s Latino community.
During the program, interns will be trained on storytelling and interview skills,
as well as basic voice recording gear. No experience is required, but definitely a
plus.
This is a 6 week program starting
on July 10th and ending August 18th.
Wednesday to Saturday

What: PIC Teen Leadership Institute
& CPR training
When: One
day during April vacation & one Saturday in May
Where: Hale
Reservation (bus leaves from English High School)
What: Participate
in a one-day training during April break to develop leadership skills
and learn how to be a camp counselor. Then, participate in a two-hour training
in May to become CPR certified.
Why:

Card Claims Operations
Department Overview
- · The Card Claims Operations Department processes all fraud and dispute claims pertaining to ATM, debit and credit card product lines for the entire footprint of Citizens Bank.
- · This entails researching the claims to provide credit and completing recovery activities to curtail losses.
- · This team consists of approximately 80 people located primarily in the Medford location, with small teams in Connecticut and in India.
- · This is a very high volume and fast paced department that works an average of 3,500 claims a week.
- · There are multiple operational processes that are performed including; data entry, accounting, account research, analysis, sorting, filing, quality assurance, etc.
- · This is a back office department that is located in an Operations Center (not a Branch) with minimal customer interaction.

LEAH Knox Scholars Program is a five-week summer research experience designed
to give rising high-school juniors the skills needed for
biomedical research, to meet scientists, and learn about the excitement of
scientific discovery.
The LEAH Knox Scholars Program Includes:
- A stipend of $1650 plus weekly lunch and learns and an
MBTA pass
- 5-weeks learning basic lab skills from renowned

In the past three summers, SummerWorks provided over 5,000 Boston youth with a summer job at more than 500 partner worksites throughout the city.
